Preview update/Menoth tier fixes

Fixed:
* Warpwolf stalker
* Shea tiers
* Diretroll bomber
* Titan sentry
* Missed the steelhead riflemen
* Rezniks Tier 1 also reduces the cost of the Reckoner Jacks by 1.
* Epic Severius's tier list breaks when you add the Covenant of Menoth - which is required for tier 2.

By the way, I always forget to mention this, but thanks all for the feedback! It makes this tool work.
Sadly I do not really have time for bigger updates at this moment, but I still hope you are happy with it!

Finally the menoth tiers are done! Note that they are in beta, so please please let me know if you find anything wrong with them. The tiers are kind of hard to do because of all the countless options and also we are trying to get my house ready for my girlfiend to move in which take quite some time. Enjoy!

Bugfix release for Forward Kommander

In between demanding RL stuff, I got this fix in for you guys, enjoy! And please let me know any problems.

* To much sorting arrows for jackmarshalling weapon attachments
* Multiple warcasters seems to be broken
* New models:
* Exemplar Errant Seneschal
* Vassal Mechanik
* Statyxis Blood Hag (Unit not there)
* Bane thrall Officer & Standard
* Tier problems:
* Lord Commander Stryker's theme army is incorrect. It decreases PC of StormCLADs by one, not Storm LANCEs. The same mistake is present in T4 - it requires two Stormclads, not two units of Storm Lances.
* Siege tiers - Trencher Infantry and Trencher Commandos get the -1 bonus, not Rangers.
* Karchev's tiers don't allow Behemoth. He should be allowed.
* Karchev tier 3 only requires one unit of Greylords, you have it requiring two.
* Vlad Tier 4 requires only Berzerkers and Drago to be valid, you have Marauder listed.
* I Believe Winter Guard weapon crews count as "Winter Guard units" for Sorscha's tiers, but they aren't showing up as such.

At last! A new release, and not a small one this time!

The tiers of Feora, Retribution, Cygnar and Khador have gone into beta, so feel free to test them and please send feedback to [email protected] The tiers have been a lot of work, because of the interaction between some of them and the configuration for each warcaster is fault sensitive.

* The Tier 2 for Ravynn says you get 1 free mage hunter SOLO, not just stipulating its a free mage hunter assasin. So you can have an assasin, Eiryss or Epic Eiryss for free. On Eiryss' card its states she is a mage hunter, that how this can be done because of that wording. (Great program. I was making a retribution list with Ravyn when I noticed her Tier was set up wrong. Tier two is limited to Mage Hunter Assassin when it should be any Mage hunter solo (Narn, Nayl, Eriyss or the assassin). Also doing the list I could get Tier one to light up and tier their but two never turned orange.)

Lone Wolf threatening Forward Kommander to sue over "Army Builder"

Just before the weekend I got an email from a legal firm called LemeryGreisler. If you are interested in what a Cease or Desist looks like, I have uploaded it for your amusement here. In short they are threatening to sue me over the trademark "Army Builder" owned by the company Lone Wolf.

As an European citizen I am maybe a little soft, but at this side of the ocean, we first try to solve problems like this without treats and lawyers. I have chosen to comply, simply because I am not looking forward to legal action even when I doubt they have a strong case, or at least would have in Europe. I would prefer to fight them on software quality, features and price point and not something as childish as this.

So in short I have removed all references to this product as "Army Builder", but the mk2 hordes armies update was delayed by this stuff, what's in the new update:
* New field test stuff
* Typo in epic sevvy
* Taryn not in 4 star
* Add trolls to highborn

The next thing I am going to pickup is the login problem some people seem to have. I think this is very serious problem and if you are having this problem, please let me know.

* The Arcane Tempest Gun Mage Officer's 'jack marshal rule is not working in Highborn. He should be able to marshal mercenary 'jacks as he is now a mercenary model.
* Same goes for trencher UA with magnus
* Vyros, free UA does not count toward FA, but it does, same goes for the UA of kaelyssa
* Lanyssa Ryssyl is missing from the Highborn Covenant.
* Right now you can put Fiona and Harlan Versh in an army together which is illegal due to his Animosity: Thamarite.
* Also fixed other animosity problems
* A&H; are not two models in the list (wrong icon)
* Problem with load screen, no scrollbar when there are to much entries

Ugh, bad version yesterday

Now the Cygnar units are at the proper merc contract.

* There were problems with system resources used for a login.
Sadly I did not get everything done I wanted. Leaves me something for the next time I have some time on my hands.
Also I have decided that I will not put any effort in creating new Tiers for now, and wait for the Cygnar book. Because they are very hard to do and are better done when I know all the varieties.

Did some minor fixes

Thanks for all the tips pointing to problems. What I fixed:
* Dannon Blight and his buddy showing up in Tallion Charter
* Lesser warbeasts are now payed out of beast points
* Croe's are now in Khador instead of Devildogs
* Typo in epic butchers name

(I know the retribution tier granting a free mage hunter solo is not working correctly, but I haven't gotten around to fix it).
